Greg Braden

Director Reservoir & Asset Management at CNX

Greg Braden has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Greg began their career as an Engineering Intern at XTO Energy, where they gained hands-on experience in well completions, workovers, drilling operations, and equipment repairs. Greg then worked at National Fuel Gas Company as an Engineer, conducting tests and studies to maintain deliverability and assess storage fields. Braden then joined CONSOL Energy as a Completions Engineer, where they designed and briefed multiple Marcellus completion procedures. Greg later took on the role of Subsurface Engineer at CONSOL Energy, monitoring production and determining ideal drawdown procedures. Moving on to CNX, Braden served as a Lead Engineer, leading valuation efforts and facilitating asset team functions. Greg later became an Asset Manager, driving the development plan for the company's asset base. Most recently, they held the position of Staff Engineer at CNX, overseeing production, creating procedures, and implementing artificial lift measures. Now, Braden is the Director of Production and Midstream Optimization at CNX.

Greg Braden pursued their education at Penn State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering from 2006 to 2010. Greg later returned to Penn State University to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2017 to 2019.
