Jacob Smith

Jacob Smith is an accomplished professional in the engineering and construction field, currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Construction at CNX since November 2017, where roles have included Director of Construction and Manager of Construction. Prior experience includes a tenure at Consol Energy from July 2011 to November 2017 as Construction Manager, overseeing the construction and maintenance of well pads, water impoundments, and roadways, as well as leading teams in daily operations and project compliance. Earlier roles include Project Manager and Project Engineer at HRI, INC., where Jacob managed diverse civil projects and oversight of engineering activities. Jacob began a career in construction with an internship at PennDOT and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
