John Paul Mitchell

John Paul Mitchell is a professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in pipeline engineering, operations, construction, and project management. They began their career with a co-op position at Parker Hannifin and later held various roles at Enbridge, including Project Manager and Area Supervisor, where they oversaw significant natural gas pipeline projects and managed field operations. Mitchell also worked as a Plant Design Engineer and Project Engineer at Spectra Energy, contributing to FERC permitted projects. Currently, as the Senior Manager of Pipeline Engineering & Construction at CNX, they lead a team focused on the design, construction, and maintenance of gathering pipelines in Southwest Virginia. Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
