Tracy Sorco

Tracy Sorco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tracy began their career in 1985 at Mellon Bank as a Programmer Analyst, where they developed and maintained software for loan and deposit systems. Tracy then transitioned to the education sector, working as a Teacher at St. Malachy School and South Fayette Elementary from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, Tracy joined CONSOL Energy as an Engineering Analyst, supporting engineers in collecting and reporting natural gas drilling data. Tracy also managed the logistical components of the Corporate Management Training program. Tracy later joined CNX in 2016, where they held roles as an Analyst - Data and Analytics and a Business Process Analyst until 2020. In 2020, they moved to CNX Resources as a Supervisor - Data and Analytics. Currently, Tracy serves as the Director of Data & Analytics at CNX, leveraging their extensive experience in the field.

Tracy Sorco has a diverse educational background. Tracy first attended Robert Morris University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Information Systems. Following this, they pursued a career in education and received a Certification in Elementary Education K-6 from the same university for the period of 2003 to 2005. In recent years, Tracy returned to Robert Morris University to further enhance their skills in data and business analytics. Tracy completed a Masters in Data Analytics from 2016 to 2018, and subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a specialization in Business Analytics, for the duration of 2018 to 2019. Tracy's education history demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and a diverse set of skills.
