Krisstina Rao

Senior Investment Principal– Inclusion and Safety for DPI

Krisstina Rao is a policy analyst and researcher focused on digital development, AI governance, and digital public infrastructure. They have advised governments, development organizations, and non-profits in health and education sectors. Currently, Krisstina serves as a Research Fellow and Manager for the DPI Mapping Initiative at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose while also holding the position of Senior Investment Principal at Co-Develop. Their previous experience includes roles at the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, GIZ GmbH, and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in India. Krisstina is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Xavier's College and a Master's in Public Policy from the Hertie School, along with a post-graduate certificate from the Amani Institute.
