Krisstina Rao is a policy analyst and researcher focused on digital development, AI governance, and digital public infrastructure. They have advised governments, development organizations, and non-profits in health and education sectors. Currently, Krisstina serves as a Research Fellow and Manager for the DPI Mapping Initiative at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose while also holding the position of Senior Investment Principal at Co-Develop.
