Matthew McNaughton

Matthew McNaughton is currently the Director of Inclusion, Safety & Civil Society Engagement at Co-Develop, a global not-for-profit fund focusing on building digital public infrastructure. Prior to this role, Matthew has held various positions such as the Head of Civil Society Engagement at SlashRoots Foundation, a Teaching Assistant at Harvard's Growth Lab, a Global Technology For Development Specialist at UNICEF, and an Open Innovation Specialist at The World Bank. Their expertise lies in inclusive digital infrastructure, civil society engagement, program management, and technological innovation. With a background in Philosophy and Computer Science, Matthew has a strong foundation in both technology and public policy.
