We embed vetted AI Automation Architects inside your team, coordinating AI to drive your growth; be it scaling operations, driving impact, enabling strategic decisions, accelerating client pipeline, or building your competitive advantage.

One architect, your whole operation. CO-ORDI coordinates tailored AI that scales your intelligence and process beyond everyday capacity: collapsing days of research into minutes, producing strategic content and analysis at scale, building workflows that execute autonomously, all whilst you focus on the decisions that matter.

And because every system feeds the next, the value compounds.

Founded by Ex-Gov Strategist, Daniel Kerambrum Bicourt, who delivered £200M+ initiatives coordinating complex stakeholders and high-stakes projects. We know how to drive results. We build the systems that surface insights and accelerate action. Whatever the mission, we coordinate AI to multiply its impact.

Coordinating

Your Pipeline: Lead intelligence, enrichment, and outbound systems, with a CRM that updates itself. Qualified pipeline while others manually prospect.

Your Operations: Client reporting on autopilot, onboarding and internal workflows, monitoring that catches issues early. Hours back every week, nothing dropped.

Your Delivery: Proposals, follow-ups, and client communication that never slips. Your clients feel the difference and stay, ensuring excellent standards.

Your Product: Custom AI products, SaaS and MVP builds, client-facing interfaces. Live in weeks, not quarters, opening pipeline of its own.

Those shaping tomorrow's outcomes aren't just adding headcount. They're merging human expertise with coordinated AI at a speed manual processes could never match: systems that act in your sleep and compound as you scale.

Built for impact-oriented leaders who measure success in insights gained, foresight achieved, revenue enhanced, and decisions accelerated. Your architect starts within days. Value mapped in writing in week one.
