Marty Reed

Marty Reed is a Partner at Evok Innovations, which they launched in Vancouver in 2015 to blend Silicon Valley start-up culture with corporate innovation. As CEO, Marty oversees strategy, team building, and investments. They have served on numerous boards, including Sanctuary AI, Ekona Power, Veerum, and DarkVision, which received the CVCA Deal of the Year. Prior to Evok, Marty was a Partner at The Roda Group, leading investments and board roles for various clean technology companies. Marty holds an MBA from John F. Kennedy University and a BSc in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and began their career as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
