Erin Forrister is currently the Senior Manager of Policy & Advocacy at CO2EFFICIENT and has been with the organization since 2025. Previously, Erin worked as a Climate Initiatives Intern for the City of Boulder, where they developed programs for soil sequestration and local climate mobilization. Erin's diverse experience in agriculture includes roles as Farm Manager at Ford St Farm and The Hope Farm, and as a Farm Hand at Kilt Farm, focusing on sustainable practices and community-supported agriculture. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Community Leadership Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2020.
