Jeff Dennis

Jeff Dennis is the Executive Director of the Electricity Customer Alliance and has served as Senior Counsel at CO2EFFICIENT since 2025. A nationally recognized expert in energy and environmental law and policy, they held senior roles at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the U.S. Department of Energy, where they contributed to significant advancements in electricity market reform and infrastructure development. Jeff’s past experience includes serving as Special Counsel at Jenner & Block and Managing Director at Advanced Energy United, along with various leadership roles within the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. They earned a law degree from The University of New Mexico School of Law in 2003.
