MY EXECUTIVE COACH PROFILE
I coach high-performing leaders on their leadership development. To my coaching I bring deep psychological expertise and extensive business and organisational experience. I combine my C-suite leadership experience with more than a decade as a therapist.

Drawing on my background, I support leaders across a wide range of leadership topics such as cultivating their emotional intelligence and remaining skilful under pressure. I also coach neurodivergent leaders. My clients recognize my ability to quickly focus on critical issues while maintaining a calm, warm, and gentle presence.

And my global executive coaching footprint spans multi-cultural leadership contexts from Shanghai via India and Europe to New York City. I am based in Stockholm, Sweden.

WHY CHOOSE ME
As your executive coach, I sit at the intersection of psychology and C-suite leadership experience. This gives me a unique perspective in my coaching. In a psychologically safe yet challenging environment for leadership growth, you gain the inner motivation to thrive as a leader. This is achieved through insight-driven leadership development, making your enhanced leadership behaviours stick over time. Only when your insights start at your core your behavioural change and development become sustainable.

And perhaps you too have experienced the loneliness of leadership. As senior leaders we often lack trusted peers with whom we can confide. Making an external and confidential sounding board invaluable. As your sounding board, I offer that rare space. Together, we challenge assumptions, provide you with candid feedback, and reflect on your team’s behavioural dynamics, free from hidden agendas.
