Rob Stone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development across various sectors. As Co-Founder of Coachbar.io since April 2023, Rob is part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing software sales and customer retention for SMBs through innovative technologies. Previously, Rob served as Head of Practice Management & Marketplace at Clear Dynamics, where an AI enterprise operating system was developed to modernize complex data challenges for large corporations. Rob's tenure at Xero spanned nearly nine years, culminating in the role of Director of Operations for Asia & Australia, where strategic alignment and performance objectives were key responsibilities. With a solid foundation in finance, Rob holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and dual bachelor's degrees from UNSW in Commerce and Arts.
