Micah Springleer

Micah Springleer currently serves as the Coaching Team Lead at Coachbit, where leadership involves guiding a team of coaches to meet performance goals through regular meetings and feedback sessions. Micah also co-founded Afro Synergy and held the position of Student Life Coordinator at Azusa Pacific University, focusing on the integration and support of study abroad students in South Africa.
