Support is often fragmented, hard to access, or limited to clinical pathways, leaving many without practical, day-to-day help to manage executive function, overwhelm, and follow-through.

CoachBridge was created to close this gap.

We provide neurodivergence-informed coaching for students and young adults, with a focus on executive function, self-management, and sustainable strategies for real life. Coaching offers a non-clinical, practical form of support, complementing therapy and education, while meeting people where they are.
CoachBridge is built by founders with lived experience of neurodivergence, alongside deep professional backgrounds in coaching, inclusion, and systems-level change. We understand both the personal realities of navigating neurodivergent lives and the institutional challenges of delivering support at scale.

Our platform connects clients with trained coaches through a thoughtful matching process, supported quietly by ethical AI to improve fit and accessibility—while keeping human relationships at the centre. Coaches on CoachBridge work within clear quality standards, reflective practice, and supervision frameworks aligned with international coaching ethics.

We operate a three-sided model:
Neurodivergent clients access affordable, personalised coaching;
Coaches gain structured experience, supervision, and community;
Institutions can co-fund coaching cohorts and measure outcomes and impact

CoachBridge is currently validating this model through pilots and partnerships across Europe and beyond, working with coaches, universities, and public-sector organisations that recognise the urgent need for accessible, practical support for neurodivergent young adults.
