Lars Maydell

Lars Maydell is an accomplished business professional with a wealth of experience in executive search, talent management, and corporate finance. Lars currently serves on the advisory board at CoachHub, and has previously held positions at WU Executive Academy, IESE Business School, and MAYDELL ADVICE GmbH.

From 2004 to 2012, Lars was an executive search consultant at Egon Zehnder, where they worked on senior-level searches, board searches, CEO succession planning, and leadership development. Lars also has experience in communications and lobbying, having served as a communications consultant at Berliner Beratungsdienste GbR from 2003 to 2004.

Before their consultancy work, Lars spent four years as a corporate finance consultant at Arthur D. Little. Lars started their professional career as an environmental engineer at Kommunalkredit Austria AG.

Lars Maydell has a Masters in Executive Coaching from the Ashridge Executive Education at the Hult International Business School. Lars also has a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, as well as a Master of Business Informatics from the same school. Additionally, they have a Master of Science in Water Management and Environmental Engineering from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, Austria. Lars also has secondary school education from the Akademisches Gymnasium Salzburg. Finally, they have certification from Time to Think Ltd as a Facilitator, as well as certification from Hogan Assessment Systems and EMCC Global as an Accredited EIA Business Coach on EMCC Senior Practitioner level.
