Rosette Cataldo is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Coaching.com since January 2024, Rosette Cataldo also founded and leads three Ps Consulting and ERG Speakers, providing strategic business development consulting and support for employee resource groups, respectively. In addition, Rosette Cataldo holds roles as a Strategic Advisor at Practis and AceUp, leveraging expertise in customer communications training and human transformation platforms. Previous positions include Vice President of Performance and Talent Strategy at Workhuman and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Yoi Corp and The Marcus Buckingham Company.
