Tarek Wael

Tarek Wael is a seasoned professional in coaching and training, holding certifications such as CPTD®, CTT, MGSCC, PPC, and DiSC. Currently serving as a Certified Executive & Leadership Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since April 2020, Tarek also works as a Certified Barrett Consultant at Barrett Values Centre and presents for the World Business & Executive Coach Summit. Tarek founded Grow as you Go, a community organization focused on impactful engagement, and has been a Freelance Trainer since September 2010, training over 20,000 individuals in leadership and communication skills. Previous roles include certified trainer for the International Youth Foundation and various positions at BOOST Consulting and Training, as well as medical sales roles at Takeda and Sanofi. Tarek holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from The German University in Cairo and an MBA from the University of Nicosia, complemented by an APTD certification from the Association for Talent Development.
