Laurel Elders

Laurel Elders, MCC, CEC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and educational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Level 1 & 2 ICF Accredited Coach Training at The Institute for Integrative Intelligence, Laurel develops programs that prepare participants for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Additionally, Laurel hosts the podcast "Coffee, Coaching, and Callings," aimed at empowering coaches and helping professionals. As a partner with Coaching for Everyone, Laurel focuses on supporting BIPOC scholars in their coaching journey. Previous roles include Director of Coaching Programs at Prescott College and Director of Education at the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School and degrees in Human Development and Corporate Coaching from Prescott College.
