Ruby Madani

Ruby Madani, ICF-PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as a Wellbeing Coach at Lyra Health since November 2022, Ruby also holds the position of Founder at Talentrica LLC, which focuses on empowering leaders to transform talent into achievements and create a lasting legacy. In addition, Ruby has worked as a Performance Coach for Coaching for Educators since February 2020, a Mentor Coach at Coaching For Everyone since April 2022, and a Leadership Coach with Thrive Partners since February 2021. Ruby's career began in civil engineering at Consolidated Contractors International Company, where services were rendered from March 2008 to February 2010. Ruby holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific, achieved in 2007.
