As widely recognised in academic literature, the ability of leaders to use coaching skills effectively in their everyday work is fundamental to their success and entirely different to professional coaching. 

Our focus is on leaders-who-coach, and our tools allow users to identify how their coaching skills show up and how their skill levels compare to others. With 15 separate coaching dimensions, the COTG Skills Report provides a selection of tips and techniques for leaders to improve all these skills with a focus on the top three.
