My passion is helping people achieve lasting joy, love, and connection with something greater than themselves. Ever since childhood, I've increasingly hungered to feel like I wasn't alone; that I was capable of a joyful life; that I wasn't completely broken. A few years ago, I felt relief from this brokeness after being diagnosed with and trying medication for ADHD. But it still wasn't enough to heal the shame, anxiety, and occasional depression I felt about my life. Through loneliness, loves, losses, self-hatred, more diagnoses, bitterness, lots of prayers, therapy, and life coach certifications, I am coming on the other side, feeling empowered to help others. Because I believe in healing.

From my courses at The Life Purpose Institute, I've learned and practiced over 30 tried-and-tested coaching techniques to help you process, break through, and heal from what is holding you back from peace and joy. I've been observed and tested in Life and Spiritual Coaching courses, and am officially a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and a Certified Spiritual Coach (CSC). Through my 90+ hours of instruction and 50+ hours of coaching, I have seen the power of these techniques, and I know you will see it too!
