Teenagers find themselves in a difficult time of their life.  Their hormones are all over the place and they don’t know what to do with it.  They don’t know how to channel their emotions or even identify with them. They question themselves on a daily basis.  Whether they are “normal”, accepted by their peers, do they even belong somewhere in a group. This is a very daunting place for them.  Let me embark on this journey with them and give them appropriate tools specific to them to embrace this beautiful time of their live and to excel as a teenager.
