Doug Gray

Doug Gray, PhD, is an accomplished leader and executive coach with extensive experience in organizational leadership and talent development. As the Founder and CEO of Action Learning Associates, LLC since 1997, Doug specializes in developing high-potential leaders through assessment and decision-making strategies. In 2021, Doug co-founded Assess Next Gen, LLC, which focuses on leadership assessment for the next generation of leaders in family businesses. Doug also serves as an Engagement Manager and Executive Coach at CoachSource LLC, managing global leadership coaching initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Doug has held consulting roles at The Family Business Consulting Group and was previously involved in talent development solutions at The Work Institute. With a strong educational background including a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, Doug has contributed significantly to leadership growth and development across various organizations.
