Marsha Hughes-Rease MSN, MSOD, PCC is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Coach at Quo Vadis Coaching and Consulting, LLC since 2011, Marsha specializes in guiding individuals and organizations through challenges while fostering personal and professional growth. In addition to this role, Marsha holds positions as Chief Core Guide at Chief, Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, and Faculty/Executive Coach at Duke Corporate Education.
