Mike Normant, PCC, is an author, founder of Coach Your Self Up, and an experienced leadership trainer and executive coach. With a diverse background spanning multiple roles in organizations such as Andersen Consulting and eBay, Mike currently focuses on raising self-awareness through innovative training programs and one-on-one coaching. Since 2012, Mike has been dedicated to building the Coach Your Self Up business, teaching self-coaching skills to help individuals and leaders realize their potential. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mike continues to work with clients ranging from managers to VPs, emphasizing communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.
