Nancy Tylim, Psy.D., MCC, is an accomplished executive coach and leadership strategist with extensive experience in coaching C-suite leaders and high-performing teams since 1993. Currently, they serve as a master certified coach at Nancy Tylim Leadership Coaching, Inc., as well as in various coaching and facilitation roles at organizations including the Center for Creative Leadership, Chief, and the United Nations System Staff College. Nancy has also contributed to the field through mentor coaching at the University of Southern California and served on the board of the International Coaching Federation in Los Angeles. They hold a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and have attained multiple certifications in coaching and cultural intelligence.
