Stephen E. Sass

Steve is a Founding Partner and Engagement Manager of CoachSource, LLC. His 50+ year business career includes 28 years with IBM in customer service and education executive management, and four years directing the Center for Leadership Development for KPMG, LLP. Steve also founded Sass & Associates, a Performance Consulting firm.

In addition to his expertise in executive coaching and leadership development, Steve focuses on 360-degree feedback, project management, distance learning, business strategy, and corporate education program design, development and evaluation. He is formerly a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and formerly a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, the NY and NJ Human Resource Planners Groups, and the Drucker Foundation Leadership Development advisory board. Steve also served as a four-term trustee and President of the Franklin Lakes Board of Education.

Steve received a Master of Science degree in Business Policy from Columbia University in 1982, and an AAS degree in Business from Rutgers University in 1973. He is also certified in the Hogan and DISC assessments.
