Tom Vettel, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and CEO with a strong background in leadership and business management spanning over 35 years. Currently serving as the CEO of Tom Vettel Advisory since October 2016, Tom focuses on empowering leaders to achieve their highest potential. Additionally, Tom is an executive coach at CoachSource LLC and directs CEO peer groups at Allied Executives. Previous roles include CEO and managing partner at Atlas Capital Partners, CEO and president at Shred-it, and CEO at Platinum Group. Tom's earlier career includes positions as a partner at Korn/Ferry International and senior vice president at Lee Hecht Harrison. Tom Vettel holds a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
