The “Problem”:
Coaches make or break the performance of sports teams, but they are rarely equipped with the latest behavioral science to apply into their coaching. Existing coaching qualifications focus mainly on the physical, and technical side of team performance. Most coaches are not taught the social pillar which offers the keys to team dynamics and high performance. 

This is where coachup comes in. Our expertise in creating high-performing teams using applied neuroscience has been proven in the business and operational team environments, and now we aim to support sport coaches create high-performance environments for their players. This starts and finishes with having the right social environment in your team, so that your players are engaged, motivated, connected, highly performing, and having fun!
