Dexter Taylor has worked in the education and sports industries since 2012. Dexter began their career at Carmel Clay Schools as an Instructional Assistant & Assistant Coach. In 2016, they joined NCSA Next College Student Athlete as a National Football Scout & Recruiting Coordinator. In 2017, they moved to Paramount School of Excellence as a Dean of Students & Director of Football. In 2018, they were promoted to School Principal and Assistant Principal at Paramount Schools of Excellence.

Dexter Taylor has a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts from Western Kentucky University, where they studied Corporate & Organizational Communication from 2007 to 2010. Dexter then went on to Marian University Indianapolis and earned a Bachelor's of Liberal Arts in Communication and Rhetoric from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, with a focus on Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship.
