Eric Gordon has been working in the professional world since 1985. Eric began their career as a Sales Representative with Account Responsibilities at Kraft Foods. In 1986, they moved to Kraft Retail Food Group of Kraft Foods Inc as an Account Representative. In 1988, they worked as a Medical Center Representative for Sanofi. From 1992 to 2002, they worked for AstraZeneca in various roles, including District Sales Manager, Institutional Pharmaceutical Specialist, and Governmental Affairs Laison. From 2002 to 2011, they were an Executive Sales Consultant for Novartis, where they won the Executive Sales Representative of the Year award in 2011 and the District Specialty Sales Manager of the Year award. In 2011, Eric Gordon became the President and Owner of E3 Basketball Academy LLC, where they worked to develop and train basketball players. In 2012, they became a Certified Coach at CoachUp and has since trained more CoachUp Clients in Indiana than any other basketball skills coach over the past three years. In 2013, Eric Gordon became the Principal Owner of E3 Holdings LLC.
Eric Gordon received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Liberty University between 1981 and 1985. In 1995, they obtained a Certificate in Business Management from the University of Notre Dame.
