Felix Thomas has worked in the sports industry since 2008. Felix began their career as a Football Coach and Assistant Event Co-ordinator for the Jason Roberts Foundation. In 2012, they took on a role as a Customer Service and Sales Associate for Digicel Group, while also working as a Co-Founder and Director for Athletic Development Grenada. In 2014, they founded GrenadaHoops and, in 2016, became a Soccer Coach for CoachUp. Since 2017, they have been a Coach for Tampa Bay United Rowdies and, since 2018, has been a Soccer Coach for Tampa Soccer Clinics and a Youth Soccer Coach for Florida Premier F.C. Felix has also held roles as a Sport Co-ordinator/ Assistant Site Editor for SpiceVibes and an Assistant Athletics Co-ordinator/ Coach, Gym Attendant & Coach for St. George's University, Grenada.
Felix Thomas obtained their high school degree from Presentation Brothers College in 2002, where they studied Information Technology. Felix then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from St. George's University, which they completed in 2011. Felix also obtained several certifications during this time, including a Sports Conditioning Specialty Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in 2019, a Youth Fitness Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in 2018, a Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in 2017, a Basketball Level 1 certification from St. George's University, Grenada in 2010, an FA Level badge from The Football Association in 2008, a First Aid and CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in 2018, and a USSF National D License from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
