Kenneth Arias

Kenneth Arias has extensive work experience in various industries. Kenneth started their career as a Production Manager at Scheu Steel Supply in 1983. During their time there, they implemented an incentive performance plan, which led to a 23% increase in sales. Kenneth also exceeded revenue goals for four consecutive quarters and introduced a training program that improved customer satisfaction by 12%.

In 1998, Kenneth joined Wieland Precision Machine as a Regional Sales Manager. Kenneth held this role for a year, achieving success in sales before moving on.
