Pablo Molina has a wealth of work experience, having held several positions since 2000. Pablo was the National Director at RockSalt Foundation from 2000 to 2006, followed by Quality Improvement System Director - PSMC at Viva - Together for Children from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Trainer at The House of the Good Shepherd. During the same period, they also worked as a Soccer Coach at CoachUp. Most recently, they have been a Community Health Coordinator at Bon Secours Mercy Health since 2013.

Pablo Molina has an extensive educational history. Pablo obtained a Theology/Biblical Studies degree from the Pinecrest Bible Training Center between 1993 and 1995. Pablo then obtained a Certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention from Cornell University - College of Human Ecology in 2013. Pablo also has certifications from the Crisis Prevention Institute as a CPI Trainer and from the Universidad Católica Boliviana in Economics. Additionally, they have certifications as an Ordained Minister from Bethany Bible Training Center, a Soccer Coach from AYSO, a Soccer Referee Instructor from AYSO, and a TCI Trainer from Cornell University.
