Tiffany Castro is an accomplished softball trainer and business owner, currently serving as Company Owner at Custom Glove Collective and the Owner of West Coast Queen of Diamonds LLC, where Tiffany also works as a softball trainer and clinician. Additionally, Tiffany is a member of the Board of Directors for Northwest Fastpitch League and has been a Pitching Instructor with ai Bandits since August 2021. Tiffany's coaching experience includes roles as Head Coach and Assistant Coach at Shoreline Community College, as well as Varsity Head Softball Coach at Rochester High School and JV Head Coach at A G West Black Hills High School. Tiffany has a background in aviation mechanics from the US Navy and holds multiple degrees and certificates from Clover Park Technical College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, including in Advanced Composites and Welding Technology.
