Victor Martinez has been working in the field of education, coaching, and financial services since 1989. Their work experience includes serving as Regional Manager for Franklin Life Insurance Company from 1989 to 1994, VP Regional Manager for Physicians Healthcare Plans from 1994 to 2006, CEO of Innovative Insurance & Financial services and Innovative Insurance And Financial Service from 2006 to 2012, President of Bombers Baseball Club from 2012 to 2015, Certified Baseball Coach for CoachUp from 2015 to 2019, Professional Tutor for Learn It Systems from 2015 to 2019, and Collegiate Advisor for CollegeLogic Sports from 2019 to present. Additionally, they have been a Teacher 5th & 6th grade at Candlelight Christian Academy since 2019.

Victor Martinez has a diverse educational background, beginning with an Associate's degree in Criminology from Seminole State College of Florida between 1984 and 1987. Victor then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Inter American University of Puerto Rico between 1987 and 1988. In 1991, they obtained a Business Insurance Certification from The American College of Financial Services. Between 2017 and 2018, they earned a Certified Baseball Coach from the American Coaching Academy, and in 2018 they obtained a Certified Baseball Coach certification from the American Baseball Coaches Association. Most recently, in 2020, they earned a Certified Baseball Coach from Team USA Baseball.
