Emma Ralston has extensive experience in leadership and management within the employment services sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Systems Support, Projects, and Claims at CoAct since June 2015, Emma has played a key role in developing digital strategies and overseeing Business Systems and Claims Teams. Previously, Emma held the position of Manager of Support Services at CoAct, leading multiple support teams focused on claims management and customer acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Outcome Support Officer and Business Manager for the Australian Apprenticeship Program at Campbell Page, where responsibilities included team leadership, compliance, trend reporting, and contract management.
