Lynn Smart

Lynn Smart has extensive experience in governance and leadership roles, currently serving as an Independent Director and Committee Chair at North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation since October 2020. Lynn has also held positions as Independent Chair at CoAct since April 2020 and as Independent Director at Neumann Contractors since February 2020. Previously, Lynn was the Independent Chair at Zarraffa's Coffee until May 2023 and served on the boards of several organizations including Holy Cross Services Ltd and Mercy Community Services SEQ Ltd. Lynn's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Queensland and additional qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.
