Bill Simons is a retired Partner at Coakley & Williams Construction, where they oversaw the successful execution and completion of numerous projects. Since joining the firm in 1996, they contributed to establishing corporate policies related to performance standards, safety, and quality control, among others. Bill is also a proud member of the Board of Governor's Workforce Development in Maryland. Currently, Bill pursues further education at Towson University.
