Dreama Buck is currently the Professional & Academic Development Coordinator at Coalfield Development. Dreama has a long and accomplished history in various positions including customer service, project management, and teaching.

During their time there, they taught composition courses and oversaw the Writing Center. From August 2012 to May 2014, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for English at Marshall University.

In addition to their work in customer service and academia, Dreama has also worked in administration. From November 2016 to July 2019, they served as Assistant Dean at the West Virginia Governor's School for the Arts. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the school and managed a team of administrators.

Dreama began their career in 1998 as a Communications Specialist/Special Assistant to the VP of Communications at Citynet. Dreama then transitioned to Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia in 2006, where they served as an Administrative/Executive Assistant and Customer Service Lead until 2012. Her final previous position was as Project Coordinator for West Virginia University’s Mountaineer Administrative Processes Project for Oracle Implementation from March 1998 to August 1998.

Dreama Buck has a Master of Arts in English from Marshall University, a Regents Bachelor of Arts in English and Religious Studies from Marshall University, and a Governors Associate of Science from Mountwest Community and Technical College.
