Nick Guertin

Nick Guertin currently serves as the Chief Design and Construction Executive at Coalfield Development Corporation, a nonprofit focused on community and economic development in Central Appalachia. Over a tenure starting in October 2019, Nick has held various leadership roles within the Revitalize Appalachia initiative, driving community-based revitalization projects. Prior experience includes the Enterprise Rose Fellowship with Enterprise Community Partners, where Nick integrated design and community engagement into sustainable development. Additional roles include City Planner for the NYC Department of City Planning, Project Manager + Designer at Jones Architecture, and various positions at Abacus Architects + Planners. Nick holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture from Northeastern University.
