Hardy Seiler

Hardy Seiler has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Hardy is currently the Co-Founder and CXO of coapp.io, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Hardy was the Co-Founder and Head of Design at Hafven from August 2016 onwards. In this role, they facilitated a platform that provided resources and support to an independent community of doers and makers.

Before joining Hafven, Hardy worked as the Product Design Lead at QuestMate starting from April 2020. Hardy also served as a Tutor at Hochschule Hannover, starting in March 2020.

In 2009, Hardy founded their own design company called Bureau Hardy Seiler, where they served as the Creative Director. This agency specialized in corporate, editorial, graphic, and web design. Hardy also founded Out The Box in 2011, a quarterly event where designers were challenged to improvise based on objects taken out of a box.

Lastly, Hardy worked as a Senior External Corporate Designer at Flax - Deine Freizeit-App from June 2021 to June 2022. Hardy was also a Co-Founder of EDELSTALL from January 2011 to August 2016.

Hardy Seiler completed their Technical design assistant degree from Leo-Sympher-Berufskolleg Minden between 2003 and 2006. Later on, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Grafikdesign from Hochschule Hannover from 2008 to 2012.
