John Headrick

John is executive vice president of engineering and co-founder of COAST Systems with an emphasis on engineering and technical services. He brings over 30 years of experience within the plastics industry sector in many fields specializing in systems control engineering: LEAN, TPM, OEE, 5S, CMMS deployment, SPC methodologies, processing, and operations. John holds his bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also completed many additional university courses and advanced education certificates focused on manufacturing engineering and plastics technologies. John also serves on the Society of Plastics Engineers Board of Directors and is a member of its Executive Committee.
