Greg Thome has extensive experience in operations and investment within the financial technology sector. Since February 2025, Greg has been part of Coast in an operations role. Prior to this, Greg spent over five years at Canapi Ventures, holding various positions including Principal, Vice President, Senior Associate, and Associate. Additionally, from July 2023 to January 2025, Greg served as a Board Member at Dynamo AI. Earlier experience includes working as a Fintech VC at Propel Venture Partners from January 2018 to October 2019, where investment focused on innovative technology and financial service businesses. Greg's career began in technology investment banking at Mizuho from 2016 to 2018. Academically, Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
