Rob Forde

Rob Forde is an accomplished sales and operations leader in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Sales Director at Coastal since August 2020. Previously, Rob held the position of Chief Operating Officer International for Harcourts International Ltd from January 2019 to August 2020 and was the Regional Director for Harcourts USA from May 2015 to December 2018, overseeing operations in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Rob's earlier roles include Managing Director at Harcourts Lower North Shore and CEO at Harcourts, where significant growth was achieved in settled sales volumes across New South Wales. Rob's experience also encompasses business development and auction processes, with a background in international business education from the University of South Australia and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
