Amber Smith

Amber Smith has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Resource Management at Coastal since May 2022, Amber leads talent acquisition efforts across eight business units. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at MTX Group, where a commitment to positive workplace culture and individual growth was emphasized, and a series of positions at Brightwing, Lucas Group, BravoTECH, Apex Systems, and American Income Life Insurance Company. Amber holds a B.A. in Psychology from Binghamton University, obtained in 2013.
