Rebecca Thomas has been serving Coastal Cloud clients from her home base in Ohio since 2018. She began her career in consulting over twenty years ago, and leverages her experience to empower organizations to exploit the features of Salesforce and related technologies. Rebecca focuses on driving customer-centric business practices and optimal employee experiences with attention to return on investment. She has a successful history of organizational leadership and has managed national and global CRM deployments. While her experience crosses many industries, she has spent substantial time in the telecommunications, financial, and insurance verticals, and specializes in sales and contact center engagements.
