Michael Ackerman

Michael Ackerman is an accomplished Principal Data Architect at Coastal Cloud since February 2016, previously holding roles as Senior Technical Architect. Prior experience includes working at Clarabridge from March 2007 to December 2015, where Michael served as Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Product and Release Management, and Director of Program Management, significantly contributing to the company's Customer Experience Management solutions. Prior to Clarabridge, Michael worked at Accenture from 1993 to 2007 as North American Practice Lead for Data Management & Architecture, managing multi-million dollar projects and fostering client relationships. Michael's earlier career includes roles as a Data Management Consultant and Data Architect at Verizon from 1995 to 2005. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
