Thomas Applebaum

Thomas Applebaum is an experienced Solutions Architect at Coastal, specializing in the configuration and delivery of Salesforce solutions while overseeing requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and training. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Business System Analyst II at Orange Care Group, where responsibilities included redesigning the Salesforce production instance and architecting database schemas. Additional experiences encompass instructing CS/IT concepts in an afterschool program at the City of Miami Beach and serving as an Electronic Technician Supervisor in the US Navy, managing teams and maintaining complex communication and navigation systems. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida International University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
