Coastal Collaborative Care is an evidence-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive psychotherapy practice providing specialized mental health care for those struggling with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and more.

In addition to therapy services, Coastal Collaborative Care offers professional consultation and licensure supervision for clinicians and helping professionals, with a strong focus on ethical, inclusive, and sustainable care in the eating disorder, trauma, and general mental health fields. We also provide trainings and webinars for community members, college and school professionals and students, and professional organizations.

We offer in-person care across Virginia and virtual services throughout the country. Our team is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful, values-aligned lives — and to learn to accept themselves authentically.
